All workspaces are displayed to all users except guests.
The tasks to be displayed in each workspace will depend on the projects to which users are allocated.
Additionally, it is possible to determine whether a user is an editor or approver of the Workspace. This can be changed directly in the workspace form. All active users in the system will be listed there.
