In Gipo, it is possible to create teams for a specific task or project, making it easier to define action permissions within the Workspace, such as reopening completed tasks, changing estimated time and editing notes.
How to create teams
To create teams, click “Settings” in the side navigation bar, then Security > Teams > “+New”.
Then:
- Add the team name
- Click “Save”
To edit saved information click “Options” > Edit.
Duplicate teams
To duplicate teams, click on “Teams” in the side navigation bar, then on “Options*” and then click on “Duplicate”
Export teams
To export teams, click on “Teams” in the side navigation bar, then on “Team Options” and then click on “Export (.csv)”
Delete teams
To delete teams, click on “Teams” in the side navigation bar, then on “Options*” and then click on “Delete”
There is no way to delete teams that have users linked to them.
