What are they and what are they for
Task types are categories used to define which tasks will be billable, that is, their cost will be incorporated into the project value agreed with the client, according to the previously defined billing model.
How to configure
Each account has a set of Task Types that are defined in Settings > Customization > Task Type

You can register as many task types as necessary.
How it works
Once you have registered the task types, you need to define which ones will be active in each project and which ones will be billable in Project Form > Task Type.
Then, it is essential to select the task type for each project task so that it can be included or not in the cost calculation for the task and project:
