Creating and Editing Activity Groups

Within a task, you can create activity groups so that task responsibilities are divided among team members.

Each activity has its own details, such as a description, comments area, assignees, and attachments. Additionally, you can add a start and end date for activities.

Gipo also allows you to use time tracking on activities, to know how much time was spent on each one.

How to create

Step 1: To create an activity group, access the task form and click on “New activity group”.

Step 2: Then give a name to the group and click on “+ activity”

Step 3: Finally, just choose the name of your activity and repeat the process for the other groups and activities.

Activities Time Tracking

Activities also have the time tracking feature, just like tasks. You can take notes automatically by clicking on the activity’s play button, or manually by clicking on edit > notes > new note.

Finish an activity

To finish an activity, simply click on the finish button next to the activity name.

Edit activities

To edit an activity, simply click “edit” in the field of the activity you want to edit. A form will open so you can configure the responsible parties, add description, comments and attachments.

Excluir atividades

To delete an activity, simply click on the activity options and then “delete”. Once deleted, an activity cannot be recovered.
