If you wish to permanently close an account on Gipo:
- Sign in to your account
- Go to Settings > Account & Subscription > Billing details > Close account
After 30 days, terminated accounts will be permanently removed. To restore an account that was terminated in error, please contact us. We retain accounts during this period for safekeeping.
For paid plans:
Before you can cancel your account, you must cancel the plan linked to your Stripe account. Only after you cancel the plan can you cancel the entire account.
This is done via the Settings -> Account & Subscription area.
