Attaching Files to Tasks

Attachments is the section where users store and consult files of various formats related to the project or task. Any type of file can be attached and all users involved in the task can view it. Attachments are stored in a cloud within the GIPO and, if deleted, can be recovered at any time.

Storage limit

Each user has up to 100mb per user for file storage on the free plan and unlimited space on the premium plan.

To check the total usage of available space, simply click on Settings > Account and Subscription > Subscription.
