Approval is a resource for validating tasks performed and is useful when you want to ensure that the results of these tasks comply with predetermined internal or external criteria.
How to configure
To enable this feature, you need to edit the workspace step where you want to configure task approval. To do this, click Options > Edit Step.
Then access the “Approval” tab and define the responsible user or team.
Note: Task approval is configured on each step of the workspace. If you want to apply approval to more than one column, simply repeat the steps above.
How to approve a task
To approve tasks click Task Options > Approve or int the Step options -> Approve all.
