Move and limit tasks in steps

Move tasks

To move tasks within a step, click Options > Move Tasks.

Then:

1. Choose to move to “workspace” or “stage”
2. Define whether tasks will be moved to the beginning or end of the stage

Limit workspace step tasks

Limiting tasks improves productivity by making the team focus on what is most important and not accumulating tasks.

Limit tasks to a step by clicking Options > Edit.

Then, in Add-on > Limit tasks per step, enter how many tasks the step should contain. If the number of tasks exceeds the amount entered for the step, an alert will be displayed.
